She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cargill and Vernie Cargill Sr.; her husband Marshall E. Grimes; her son Michael Nathaniel Grimes; and her grandsons, Michael Ciro Kinyk and Anthony Ciro Kinyk.
She is survived by: her children, Brandy Johnson (Phil), Amanda, Billy Brazell, Cheryl and Robert Holmes; her grandchildren, Cynthia, Johnathan, Brittany (James), Nicky, Bella, Travis (Ashleigh), Brenda (TJ), Linda, Angel, Patrick, Destinee and Summer; her great grandchildren, Barron, Luna, Candice and Mary Jane; and her sisters, Wanda, Ivy, Cindy and Shirley. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
