She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Francis (Spurgeon) and Oris Vernell Brooks; her brother-in-law Jessie James; and her nephew Tracy James. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Stevenson of Seminole; her daughters, Wendi Stevenson (Ricky Rodriguez) and Amber Stevenson (Pat Perez) of Seminole, Texas; and her sisters, Linda James, Nancy Brooks of Seminole and Diane Ancinec of Longview, Texas. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
