He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Loffler and Louis Loffler; his sisters, Violet Lyons and Betty Roach; and his granddaughter Kaci LeAnn Fairchild.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Loffler of Midland, Texas; his children, Sandra Fleming (Marshall) of Midland Texas, Debbie Simmons of Odessa, Texas and Larry Owen Loffler of Driftwood; his grandchildren, Shad Fleming (Angela), Jeff Loffler (Jezzy), Cody Fleming (Vanessa), Mandi McKinley (Brent) and Madison Loffler (James Attra); and his great grandchildren, Grant Fleming (Shelby), Garrett Fleming, Reid Owen Fleming, Ross Fleming, Rhett Fleming, Reagan Fleming, Trenton Loffler, Connor Loffler, Eden Butler, Colten Butler, Landri Loffler, Lucas Loffler, Tucker Fleming, Tatum Fleming, Hayden McKinley, Addison McKinley, Easton McKinley and Rhodes Owen Attra.
