He is survived by: his wife Adelina Perez of Sherman, Texas; his children, Daniel Perez (Ruby) of Mexico, Pedro Perez II of Sherman, Gerardo Perez of Denison, Texas, Iris Perez of Seminole and Fabiola Perez of Sherman, Texas; his mother Maria Luisa Cruz (Cruz) of El Paso, Texas; and his siblings, Luis Rascon of El Paso, Arturo Rascon of El Paso, Javier Rascon of El Paso, Santos Rascon of El Paso, Salvador Perez of Mexico, Orlando Perez of Mexico, Juan Pedro Perez of Mexico, Jesus Perez of Mexico, Martin Perez of Colorado, Angela Perez of El Paso, Zulema Perez of El Paso, Elida Rascon of El Paso, Griselda Perez of Mexico, Imelda Perez of Mexico, Aracely Perez of Mexico and Elva Perez of Mexico. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
