He was predeceased by: his son Odessie Dale Jr.; and his siblings, Bobby Dale, Audrey May Davis and Willetta A Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Thompson; his children, Jeraldine Nevels of Austin, Kasteen Jones (Freddie Jones) of Seminole, Texas, William Earl Dale of Austin, Shelton Dale, Sylvester Dale (Karen Dale), Craig Dale (Kesha Dale), Grady Dale of Dallas and George Dale (Diana Dale) of Andrews, Texas; his sisters, Doris Meadows of Phoenix Arizona, Mary Prear of Riverside and Alene Thompson (Bruce) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Naquita Melton (Daniel) of Mansfield and Marshay Dale of Hobbs.
In lieu of flowers, the family expresses gratitude to Latasha Adkison (granddaughter), Michael Dillard, and caregivers for their dedicated care of our father.
