He was predeceased by: his parents, Sotera Contreras (Galvan) and Reymundo Contreras; and his wife Elvira Contreras. He is survived by: his children, Oscar Luis Contreras (Becky) of Portland, Freddy Contreras (Olga) of Seminole, Narciso Contreras, Jr. (Danelle) of Amarillo, Frank Contreras (Delma) of Houston, Texas, Maria Dutchover (Roy) of Odessa, Irma Powers (Troy) of Nashville, Veronica Rubio (Juan) of Seminole, Texas and Rosa Borjas (Jamie) of Seminole, Texas; and his sister Rita Contreras Galvan of Mexico. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
