With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mona Mapes of Seminole, Texas, who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Mapes; and her nephew Curtis Adams. She is survived by: her daughter Kelli Mapes-Krieg (Gary) of Brownsboro, Texas; her grandsons, Lukas Wyatt (Magoohoo) and Lance Weston (Munchkin) of Brownsboro Texas; her siblings, Kathy Adam (Ron) of Loop, Texas and Ervin Averett of Oberlin, Kansas; her nieces and nephews, Clay, Amanda, Jennifer, Christy and Michaela; her uncle Paul of Amarillo, Texas; and her aunts, Kaye of Kingston Oklahoma and Beth of Monroe, Louisiana.. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and cousins.
