She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Magdelene (Brown) and Eddie Lean Jackson; her husband Pastor McKinley Oats; and her children, Larry Jackson and Gwen Oats.
She is survived by: her former spouse McKinley Scott Oats; her children, Ray Oats of Seminole, Texas, Brenda Boykins (Roger) of Houston, Belinda Oats of Lubbock and Connie Oats of Seminole, Texas; and her brother Ollie Jackson of Midland, Texas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
The church will allow a limited number of attendees inside for the funeral service, and it is suggested that a mask be worn and social distancing practiced, in keeping with CDC guidelines. Mrs.
