She was predeceased by: her parents, Susie Phelps and James Phelps; and her siblings, James C. Phelps, Elizabeth Kyle and Virginia Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Hopkins of Andrews, TX; her daughters, Joretta McWilliams (Ronnie McWilliams) of Sacramento, NM and Loretta King of Seminole, TX; her grandchildren, Brian McWilliams (Betty), Chad King (Josie) and Rachel King; and her great grandchildren, Lawson, Jenna King, Caitlyn, Myndie McWilliams, Jason and Jaimie Almager.
