She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Hancock; her parents, Etta and James; her son Dell Ross Claiborne; and her sister Willie Key.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda of Midland, Loretta (Joe Gammill) of Fort Sumner and Lanell (Allen Flaugher) of Seminole, Texas.; her granddaughters, Melisa Crist, Lori Gammill of Clovis, Shara Ivans and Keri Gammill of Fort Sumner; her sister Jimmie Pettigrew; and her nieces, Rhonda Wheeler and Eva Lou Page. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
