She was predeceased by: her parents, Joey (Cassandra) of Muskogee, OK and Lisa of Soper, OK; her grandparents, Jackie Pettyjohn, Bill and Hattie James; her aunts, Tammy and Cheryl; her uncle Derrell; her niece Nevaeh Hendrix; and her cousin Little Rocky Pettyjohn.

She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Campbell; her children, Trey (Danyale), River (Bethany), Sienna (Christian), Jonas (Kelsie) and Jackson of Seminole, TX.; her grandchildren, Harper, Colby, Carter, Aryiaa and Maya Rose; her siblings, Sean, Tatum, Alyssa, Ethan, Patrick, Levi, Brandy, Latisha, Casey, Candice, Cadye and Tory; her parents-in-law, Jimmy Campbell of Seminole, TX and Linda Campbell of Marble City, OK.; her uncle Rocky; and her aunt Brenda Pettyjohn (Caydia). She is also survived by 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
