He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Hailes (Gibson) and Henford Pete Hailes. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Hailes of Seminole; his daughters, Sharon Mathews and Cindy K. Hailes; and his siblings, Cecil Hailes, Herbert Hailes, Marjorie Gallas and Jane Williams.
The church will allow a limited number of attendees inside for the funeral service, and it is suggested that a mask be worn, and social distancing practiced, in keeping with CDC guidelines.
