He is survived by: his wife Jammey Huggins of Seminole; his sons, Lynn Huggins of Matagorda and Jody Huggins (Suzanne) of Hobbs; his brother Lloyd Huggins (Sharon) of Santa Fe, Texas; his grandchildren, Alex (Meredith), Amber and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Austin and Tommy.
