He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Peters (Dyck) and Wilhelm Peters. He is survived by: his wife Aganetha Peters of Seminole; his daughters, Aganetha Wiebe (Cornelius) of Mexico, Anna Wolf (John) of Ackerley and Katharina Neufeld (Cornelius) of Seminole, Texas; and his siblings, Peter Peters (Anna) of Mexico, Johan Peters (Maria) of Mexico, Maria Thiessen (Jacob) of Mexico, Anna Harms (Johan) of Mexico, Katharina Banman (Abraham) of Mexico and Elizabeth Wall (Isaac) of Mexico. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
