She was predeceased by: her parents, Helena Bergen (Knelsen) and Peter Bergen; and her husband David Rempel. She is survived by: her children, Peter Rempel (Justina) of Tarzan, Jacob Rempel (Maria) of Seminole, Texas and Anna Froese (Isaak) of Seminole, Texas; and her sisters, Katarina Friesen of Mexico, Maria Friesen (Peter) of Canada and Margarita Wiebe (Ben) of Canada. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
