He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Roybal (Dean) and Francis Roybal. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Roybal of Seminole; his children, John Roybal (Andrea) of Seminole and Diana Tremble (Rich) of Alaska; and his sister Betty Roybal of Eugene, Oregon. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
