She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Brenda Lewallen; her sister Helen Roberts; and her daughter-in-law Mille Churchwell. She is survived by: her children, Rodney E. Churchwell of Syracuse and Mary Ann Perez (Cano) of Seminole, Texas; her grandchildren, Roetta (Rhonda), Jefferson, Jennifer, Wendy and James; and her great grandchildren, Christina of Leticia, R. J., Ramon, Pados, Maria, Brittney, Brandon, Aleante and Jessica. She is also survived by nine great-great-grandchildren.
