He is survived by: his wife Jackie Minter of Seminole; his daughters, Carly French (Teri) of Seminole and Cara Ramirez (Jacob) of Andrews, Texas; his siblings, Billy Minter (Lori) of Denver City, Texas, Donna Bell (Bruce) of Baird and Rita Lightfoot (Jerry) of Denver City, Texas; and his grandchildren, Landon Knight, Conner Taylor, Noah Ramirez and Emerie Ramirez.
