He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Skaggs and Samantha Skaggs; his grandchildren, Skyler Rizley, Layla Haddock and Jaylin Smithey; his great grandchild Emilio Smithey; and his siblings, Jim Skaggs, Roger Skaggs, Dawn of Florida and Kristy Hill.
