He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Elaine (Connell) and William Anthony Rotkosky; his parents-in-law, Anna and R. D. Henderson; and his brother-in-law Mark Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Henderson Rotkoksy; his son Tony Henderson; his granddaughters, Stephanie Simon (Steve), Maddison Henderson and Lauren Cutler (Chase); his great grandchildren, Weston Bloxham and Whitley Simon; and his sisters, Kathryn Clark and Janice Gimbel (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other loving family members, and many friends.
