He is survived by: his sons, Todd Spreen (Lisa) and Steven Spreen (Jennifer); his daughter-in-law Linda Spreen; his grandchildren, William C. "Buddy" Spreen (Ashley), Allyson Spreen, Isaac Spreen and Sydney Spreen; his great grandchild Ella Spreen; his brother Louis Spreen (Mary Ann); and his brother-in-law Clinton Blumberg, Jr. (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
