She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Lou (Ward) and Glenn Reuben Rhoades; her daughter Connie Marie Benns; her sisters, Sharon LaNell Jackson, Vickie LaNora Thomas (Robert) and Candy Caraway; her parents-in-law, Norma and Travis Peeples; her son-in-law Albert Wesley Compton; and her brothers-in-law, Marlin Cowey and Gene Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Eldred Douglas Peeples; her daughters, Tammy Peeples Compton (Michael Shoemaker) and Susan Peeples Cowey (Darrell); her grandchildren, Chelsey Cabral (Lance), Bridget Benns, Destiny Compton, Allyssa Benns, Elizabeth Garner (Dennis), Douglas Cowey (Tiffany), Abigail Benns, Garrett Benns and Rylan Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Zayleigh, Kacelyn, Piyper, Leighton, Addyson, Denn, Raelynn, Keshun, Jackson, Sebastian and Gabriel; her sisters, Betty Jean Cowey, Billie Jim Cardwell (Paul), Jeanette Gawlik (Edwin) and Cindy Hill; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne Jackson (Reba) and John David Caraway.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel (165 Tor Dr, Seguin, TX 78155). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
