She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Billie (Watts) and James Otis Gravitt; her siblings, James Durwin Gravitt and Gloria Jean Gravitt; and her brother-in-law Wayne Knape.
She is survived by: her husband Elvin "Neil" Kelley; her children, Elvin O'Neil Kelley, Jr. (Anna) and Sandra Michelle Boultinghouse (Stoney); her grandchildren, Amanda Marie Kelley, Christopher Kelley, Brayden Lynn Boultinghouse and Caleb James Boultinghouse; her great grandchild Jackson Boultinghouse; her sister Shirley Ann Knape; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Harold Kelley (Jean) and Katherine Davis (Jimmy).
