He was predeceased by: his brother Aaron Kowalik; and his grandparents, Paul, Maggie Richter, Sr., Felix, Jr. and Bernice Kowalik.
He is survived by: his parents, Felix Frank "Sonny" Kowalik, III and Patricia Ann Telle (Richter); his children, Christian Lane Kowalik and Keira Nicole Kowalik; his brothers, Shaun Kowalik (Jeannie) and Todd Kowalik; his niece Ashlyn Kowalik; his aunts, Mary Margaret Duelm, Joyce Saathoff and Charlene Clarner; his uncle Alvin Kowalik; and his friend Shelly Williams.
