He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Vera Bailey, Clarence, Lorena Low (Ruth) and James Ruth.
He is survived by: his parents, Walter Bailey and Barbara Low Bailey of Baldwin City, KS; his wife Charla Marie Wenger; his brother Erik (Cassy) of Baldwin City, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Scott (John) of Horton, KS, Frances Ramirez (Marty) of Lebo, KS and David Wenger (Jill) of Atchison, KS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Texas Lutheran University Chapel of the Abiding Presence, Seguin.
