She was predeceased by: her parents, Gumecindo DeLaCruz and Matiana Lopez DeLaCruz; her husband Jose Americo Medrano; her son Edmundo Medrano; and her siblings, Edward DeLaCruz (Lefty), Reyes DeLaCruz, Ramona D. Salazar (Torivio) and Mary D. Gonzales (Ruben).
She is survived by: her siblings, Belia D. Guerrero, Toribio (Gloria) and Leonides "Leo" DeLaCruz (Emma); her daughters, Esmeralda M. Wheeler (Todd) and Norma McGaughey; and her grandchildren, Misty Hales (Peter), Sarah Yvonne Chamberlain (Steven), Patrick Gonzales (Hortensia), Celestina Lopez (Jason), Frances Medrano, Dallas Cheverere (Matt), Edmundo Medrano II (Crystal), Bobbie Jo Stackhouse (Thomas), Dolores Medrano, Elise McGaughey and Simmion Sanders. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, and numerous friends.
