She is survived by: her former spouses, Thomas Henry Hollamon III (Tucker) and Delbert Schlueter; her children, Melyn Smethurst (Michael Murillo), Shannon Dukes, Lecia Schriewer (Randy) and Mary Grace Hair (Mark); her son-in-law Don Smethurst (Janet); her stepchildren, Jamie Schlueter (Kim Moncel), Sarah Jones (Rex) and Anndy Schashack (Dan); her grandson Benjamin Smethurst (Jill); her children, Lila, Cora, Christian Smethurst (Holly), Claire, Thomas, Violet, Ashley Cooley (Troy), Hudson, Parker and Zann Schriewer (Ashley); her grandson Kent; her child Kinsey Evans (Chris); her grandchildren, Hayden, Kellan and Brooks; her children, Cade Collins (Carly), Finn, Scout, Tucker Bouchard, Michelle Spencer, Wyatt and Levi; her nephews, Jack Gingrich and David Gingrich (Amy); her great-niece Emma; her great-nephew Jacob; her nephew Brian Gingrich (Mariel); and her great-nephew William.
