He was predeceased by: his mother Joycelyn Rudolph; and his sister Diana Clark. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Foust McGovern; his children, Jerry McGovern (Shannon), Ronald "Bubba" McGovern Jr. (Kim) and Wronda Cleveland (Ted); and his grandchildren, Emily, Alyson, Riyann, Kyle, Hillary, Travis, Taylor, Tanner and Teagan. He is also survived by other loving relatives and many friends.
