He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Nell (Bock) and H. E. Cutcher; his siblings, Sally Fritz (Paul) and William N. Cutcher; and his father-in-law Roger Herron.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Herron Cutcher; his children, Craig Martin Cutcher (Kim), Michael Newell Cutcher and Allison Denise Cutcher; his grandchildren, Justin, Dalton, Corben, Hank, Jacob and Sonny; his great grandchild Lavendar; his mother-in-law Audrey Herron; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Cushatt (Randy) and Roger L. Herron (Wendy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members, and many friends.
