He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto and Queenie (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Doug. He is survived by: his granddaughter Simone; his daughter Shelly Saldivar Sposari (Leon); his grandchildren, Christina Rye, Lisa Musella, Nina Chiolino, Joseph (Rachel Theriot), Vincent, Bryant Kindrick, Courtney, Austin VanWeele, Ali, Shelby Rye, Paul and Frank Chiolino; his great grandchild Liam Sposari; his sister Queenie; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Queenie, Debbie and Richard; his brother Duke; his sister-in-law Nora; his nieces, Christina, Melissa and Shelly; his friend Jason Mangan; and also Alicia Moore.
