He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Evelyn (Stewart) and Bobby Joe Bulgerin; his wife Patricia Ann Bulgerin; and his stepmother Geri Bulgerin. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Bulgerin; his sisters, Judy Sagebiel (Jim), Becky Mays (Bryan) and Pam Smith (George); and his sister-in-law Bobbie Maddox (Marvel). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family members and friends.
