Cisneros and Celestina Palacios Cisneros; his wife Estella Cisneros; his children, Nancy Cisneros, Placido Cisneros Jr. (Elida), Anita Cisneros, John Cisneros (Cindy), Terri Cisneros, Sylvia Sanchez, Steven Cisneros (Marlena), Dolores Cisneros, Carmen Cisneros (Karry) and Lydia Ruiz (Arturo); his siblings, Manuel Cisneros and Alice Cisneros; and his grandson Christian Cisneros. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
