He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Dojahn and Annie Dojahn (Retzloff); his wife Dorothy Mae Kutz Dojahn; and his siblings, Clara Katzer, George Dojahn, Elenora Hackbarth and Milda Schulenburg.
He is survived by: his friend Robert Houssiere; his children, Ralph Dojahn (Kathy), Dora Schmoekel (Rodney) and Dollie Mergele-Voss (Kevin); his siblings, William Dojahn (Julie) and Wilma Kutz; his sister-in-law Jane Burell; his close friend Sharon Henderson; and his grandchildren, Stacy Vasquez (Albert), Eric Schmoekel (Misty), Dawn Brown (Scott), Shelly Gembler (Jonathan), Derek Dojahn (Crystal), Cassie Mergele and Marieda Freese. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
