He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo Molina, Sr. and Aurora Molina; his siblings, Reynaldo, Enrique and Raquel Hernandez; and his son David Molina.
He is survived by: his spouse Guadalupe Molina; his children, Leonardo Molina III (Delia), Deborah Delano (Kenneth), Lisa Molina and Reynaldo Molina, III; and his grandchildren, Annalisa, Adrianna Molina, Cynthia, Michael Delano, Daniel Molina, Natalie Combs, Samuel and Luke Molina. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
