We bid farewell to Leola A. Schultze of Seguin, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 18, 2024 at the age of 98. Leola touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thekla Dieckow (Schievelbein) and Otto Dieckow; her husband Elrene P. Schultze; her son Nelson W. Schultze; her son-in-law Darryl Surman; her siblings, Oscar Dieckow (Annie), Valeska Brotze (Roland), Selma Keller (Max) and Dora McEnery (Phil); and her brother-in-law Allan Schultze (Jocelyn).
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Surman; her daughter-in-law Jackie Schultze; her grandchildren, Dana Kutz (Glenn), Gretchen Whitten (Corey) and Lesley Barela (Ethan); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Kutz, Matthew Kutz, Joshua Kutz, Alexander Whitten, Abby Whitten and Ashlynn Whitten.
