He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Rinehart (Mobley) and Robert Eugene Rinehart; his son Kyle Rinehart; his brother Laney Rinehart; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Maria A. Rinehart; his children, Les Rinehart, Gina Rinehart (Rafael Carrales), Casey Rinehart (Sarah) and Jennifer Rinehart (Ben Shoemaker); his daughter-in-law Theresa Rinehart; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Audrey, Kayla, Sarah, Nicole, Timothy, Clark, Patrick, Jack, Mila, Noah and baby Shoemaker; and his siblings, Lois A. Fisher and Yancey Rinehart. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel (165 Tor Dr, Seguin, TX 78155). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Tres Hewell Mortuary (165 Tor Dr, Seguin, TX 78155). A procession was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Will Depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel (165 Tor Dr, Seguin, TX 78155). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (409 W Krezdorn St, Seguin, TX 78155).
