She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl McCallay and Alice Lee McCallay of Seguin, Texas.; her husband John McWhorter; her son Ricky Harbort; her close friend David Hemby; and her brothers, Donald and Rodney McCallay.
She is survived by: her brother Floyd McCallay; her children, Laura McFadden, Sherri Jones (Alan), Phil Harbort (Carrie) and Chuck McWhorter (Mary Jane); her daughter-in-law Susan Harbort; and her grandchildren, Keith McFadden (Tammy), Kevin McFadden, Travis Jones (Chelsea), Dylan Jones, Misty McWhorter (Andy), Natalie McWhorter, Cheyenne Terry (Kyle), Ryan Harbort, James Harbort (Natalie) and Abby Harbort (Stefan). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
