He is survived by: his spouse Mayla T. Veliz; his daughter San Juana Veliz; his grandchildren, Jose Ruiz (Destiny Aguilar), Luis Veliz, Anthony Veliz and Melanie Ruiz; and his siblings, Martin Veliz, Juan Veliz, Yolanda Escamilla, Alma Veliz and Maria Aurora Veliz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Palmer Mortuary & Cremations (1116 N Austin St, Seguin, TX 78155). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park (2951 TX-46, New Braunfels, TX 78130).
