He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Lee (Brice) and John Alexander Dikes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Dikes (Causey); his son John David Dikes (Beth); his grandson Kyle Nicholas (Sara-Ashley); and his brothers-in-law, Harvey Causey, David McKinley (Shirley), Paul Causey, Jesse Causey (Pat) and Larry Causey (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
