He is survived by: his children, Donna Jo Myers (Steven) and Anthony Wayne "Tony" Kidd (Maripat); and his grandchildren, Billy Dee Kidd and Emily Grace Kidd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and dear friends.
