It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnne Muelker of Seguin, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacquetta Hicks (Boyter) and John Alfred Hicks; her husband Bill Muelker; and her siblings, Curtis Hunter, Bill Hicks and Ruth Voyles.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Pickett (Cindy), Michael Pickett and Deborah Pickett-Bregoli; her stepdaughters, Beth Martin (Randy), Kathy Kirkland (Jack) and Ruth Collins (Bill); and her grandchildren, Christopher Pickett, Deborah Pickett, Tyler Pickett, Sonya Noell, Paul Bregoli, Michelle Bregoli, Marcus Collins and Nathan Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of JoAnne to United Methodist Church, 710 N. Austin Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 or to the charity of one's choice.
