He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavon Hay (Jackson) and Samuel Joseph Hay. He is survived by: his wife Polly Hay; his sons, Scott Hay (Debbie) and Samuel Lee Hay (Colette); his grandchildren, Matthew Hay (Lanie), Rebecca Arnst (Kolby) and Shannon Canham (Colt); his great grandchildren, Landon Arnst, James Arnst (J. J.), Elizabeth Chamberlain and Jaxson Hay; and his brother-in-law Ben Hoeffner (Bea). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
