He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Zunker and Leona Zunker (Lorenz); and his sister Jolene Wagenfuehr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Brian Zunker (Daniel Trevino), Teresa Zunker (Toma Miller) and Brent Zunker; his grandchildren, Haley Bahm (Alex Soucy), Jayden Zunker-Trevino (Caroline Foster) and Zoey Miller; his sisters, Ilene Cherry and Darlene Zies; his nephews, Trevor Wagenfuehr (Claudine), Erik Wieland (Cheryl), Patrick Cherry, Jr. (Jessika) and Nicholas Zies; and his niece Shelley Lutz.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emanuel's Lutheran Church (206 N Travis St, Seguin, TX 78155).
