He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gilbert and Doris Irene Bethel (Beard); his parents-in-law, Marjorie (Weyel) and Charles Henry Donegan; and his sister-in-law Linda Donegan.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Rebecca Donegan Bethel; his daughters, Whitney Rebecca Bethel Morgan (Craig Allen Morgan) and Danielle Donegan Bethel; his grandchildren, Henry Donegan Panozzo, Benton Todd Panozzo, Charles Allen Morgan and Emily Rebecca Morgan; his sister Suzanne Bethel; and his siblings-in-law, C. H. "Trip" Donegan III, Marjorie Lee Vogt (Gary) and Anne Michelle Costas (Nick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.
