She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph and Ottina Mayerhoffer Plendl; her husband Forrest Lee Kuykendall; her sister-in-law Etta Kuykendall; and her nephew John Haley.
She is survived by: her sister Edna Nixdorff of Toms River, NJ; her niece Jennifer Topliff (Adam) of Wamego, KS; and her nephew Darryl Haley of Leesburg, FL.
