Edgar Knodel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Knodel of Seguin, Texas, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lilly Mae (Seay) and Paul H. Knodel; his wife Sarah Knodel; his parents-in-law, Lola and Albert Elley; and his siblings, Paul Knodel, Jr., Virginia Jahns, Pearl Graham, Wilma Inez Roe and Marjorie "Tuddy" Knodel.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Knodel Mejia (Rene), Deborah Knodel and Donny Knodel; his grandchildren, Michael Pompa (Nicole), Leslie Johnson (Alyssa), Jenna Snoga (Derek), Kyle Knodel and Mason Knodel; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Schulz (Allen "Butch"), Beverly Koepsel (Glen) and Ricky Elley (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.
