She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Opal (Lambert) and Theodore Reinhard Bulgerin; her husband Joe Columbus Jeffers (J. C.); her brothers, Teddy Bulgerin and Bobby Bulgerin (Geri); and her siblings-in-law, Mark Jeffers, Jimmy Jeffers and Louise Gurnett.
She is survived by: her son B. J. Jeffers (Denise); her grandson Chad Jeffers (Kylee); her great grandchild Grayson Jeffers; and her brothers, Jimmy Bulgerin (Helen) and Roy Bulgerin (Peggy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.
