She is survived by: her children, Gene Brown Jr. (Melissa), Erin Brown (William Ethridge) and Everett Brown (Callie Crady); her grandchildren, Gene Brown III, Sterling Brown, Thomas Brown and Bridger Ethridge; her stepgrandson Anthony Bullara; and her siblings, Joe Rosas, Tony Rosas, Jesse Rosas (Amanda), Mercedes Rosas Sanchez (Porfirio), Paula Hillborn, Ayannah Rosas and Evelyn Norman-Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
