He was predeceased by: his parents, Gonzala Ochoa (Calderon) and Cecilio Ochoa Sr.; his former wife Fannie Lopez Ochoa; his siblings, Ernesto Ochoa, Jesus Ochoa, Juan Ochoa and Margarita Ochoa Ramirez; and his brothers-in-law, Dionicio Ramirez, Frank Gutierrez and Pat Clor.
He is survived by: his son Cecilio Ochoa III (Lily Ochoa); his grandson Brandon C. Ochoa; his children, Cecilia Ochoa Soria (Manuel Soria Jr.) and Robert Ochoa (Cassie Ochoa); his grandchildren, Alyssa J. Ochoa, Robert N. Ochoa and Corbin Gonce; his sisters, Beatriz Gutierrez, Alberta Ochoa and Pam Martinez (Frank Martinez); and his sisters-in-law, Cipriana Ochoa and Eva Ochoa Clor. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and close friends.
