It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Autumn Marie Hernandez of Seguin, Texas, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Erskine Clyde Bradley Jr. and Albert Hernandez; and her uncle Shane Bradley. She is survived by: her parents, Carmen Bradley and Oscar Hernandez (Anna); her siblings, Eldest, Erica-Shane Herrera (Steven), Hunter Gabriel Hernandez, Stephanie Rose Hernandez and Hanna Hernandez; her grandmothers, Mary Bradley and Rosemary Hernandez; her great-aunt Emily Morales; and her nieces and nephews, Lillie, Sophia, Zeppelin, Sonny and Margo Herrera.
